Plasma cutting

Warcom plasma cutting machines have a wide selection of power source types and workbench sizes. They are suitable for pipe machining, drilling or thread cutting. They are used primarily for processing sheet metal with larger thickness, including bevel machining.


The M-Series plasma cutting system is suitable for processing medium-hardness steel with an excellent quality/price ratio. It is manufactured with a machined and assembled monolithic structure and a sheet metal table holder that is anchored inside the machine. The area under the cutting table holds divided tanks for exhaustion of fumes and waste.

The gantry drive moves along the metal guides, opens and closes the tanks, facilitates and optimizes extraction in areas where the metal is being cut. Multiple size variants of this machine are available, with a maximum Y-axis travel of 2500 mm, as well as models with different plasma source power output.


The W-Power S-SERIES is the most versatile model in its category with a wide range of applications, such as bevel cutting, oxygen cutting, drilling and thread cutting.

This system is designed for processing large format materials with area of up to 24 m x 4 m, and it is suitable for medium-hardness steel processing. Due to its design with independent segments anchored to the ground, it is typically used in systems with a minimum with of 3 m. The segments are modular, facilitating integration of the systems into production facilities.


This is the optimal plasma cutting machine for processing large closed or open profiles and tubes with a diameter of up to 600 mm, and a maximum length of 12000 mm. We have a four-axis machine with X, Y, Z, A axes, and a six-axis model with a BEVEL cutting head at our disposal. The system is designed using computational off-line programs that allow the structure to be adjusted according to specific application.

It is equipped with a ribbed bolted frame fixed to the ground using special anchors used for machine alignment. The frame is fitted with tracks for longitudinal movement of the cutting gantry consisting of two prismatic guides, on which the carrier is placed.
