Creation of an automated workplace that will remove a thin metal layer using a laser from 3D metallized plastic structures of parts for car headlights without the need for operator intervention, with subsequent 100% verification of the quality of the laser process according to the required parameters and accuracy in hundredths of a mm.
The successful integration of the SPYRE mobile laser cleaning system into production has resulted in substantial cost savings compared to the original cleaning method. It completely eliminated the need to purchase expensive consumables (dry ice, chemicals, compressed air), as well as their storage and post-cleaning waste disposal.
The use of our laser technology brings high variability and meets the highest quality requirements. At the same time, it saves production material, as it eliminates the need to create raised surfaces on the disc, which are subsequently milled off by a CNC machine, and improves the aerodynamics of the entire wheel.
