Using the Vario Build-in, a laser process cell is an embedded peripheral of the completed technology. As standard, delivered as a process with related technology mainly for machining plastic parts.
The most widely used technology where Build–in is used is trimming runner systems directly from the injection molding machine without the need for operator intervention, decoating parts after plating and painting process, or cleaning parts before painting/plating, replacing the chemical process.
The Build-in laser station is always tailored to meet the stringent demands of laser safety. It is also necessary to ensure that the station corresponds to different installation dimensions, and to provide extraction of resulting particles and fumes.
