The unified cell allowing machining of parts of up to 600x400x200 mm (WxDxH) is specially developed for precision machining of plastic or metal parts. As standard, the station is equipped with a pull-out drawer while maintaining maximum comfort for the machine operator and laser safety class I. Control and regulation of the cell is performed entirely from the operator panel that contains standardized GUI for easy operation and efficiency of production programs.
The advantage of the Vario Compact is its small footprint and maximum utilization of the work surface with a large range of integrated laser sources. The optics of the device are always carefully designed to accommodate the functionality of the supplied application.
If necessary, a rotary carousel or a small robotic arm can be installed. As a result, we achieve better accessibility to the part and shorten the loading/unloading times.
