Leverage our advanced laser technologies, engineering expertise and production capabilities for prototyping, pilot production, low-volume manufacturing or temporary capacity expansion.
We help you validate the right laser process, produce initial samples and ensure reliable repeat production of your parts – without the need to invest in your own laser equipment.
Quick validation of your concept, product functionality and the most suitable manufacturing process.
Low-/Mid-Volume Production
Flexible production ranging from tens to thousands of parts, tailored to your project requirements.
Backup Production Capacity
A reliable solution for equipment downtime, production peaks or temporary capacity shortages.
No Capital Investment
Access our laser technologies, engineering expertise and production facilities only when you need them – at our facility or directly at your production site.
When Are Our Production Capabilities the Right Choice?
Our laser manufacturing capabilities are ideal when you need to quickly validate a process, produce prototypes, manufacture low-volume batches or temporarily supplement your own production capacity.
We typically support customers with prototype and pilot production, low-volume manufacturing, recurring or on-demand production, backup manufacturing in case of unexpected downtime, and the short- or medium-term deployment of laser technology. Depending on your project requirements, we can also provide a temporary laser workstation directly at your facility.

LASCAM Laser Technology Centre
Manufacturing, testing and process validation are carried out in our fully equipped laser laboratories. Combining robotic workstations, multiple laser sources, process heads and advanced inspection equipment, we can develop, validate and implement the optimal manufacturing process for a wide range of components and materials.
Our facilities include an industrial robot, multiple laser sources, manual and automated laser cleaning systems, process heads for welding, cutting, marking and cleaning, inspection microscopy, measuring equipment, and a clean room for servicing laser sources and process heads.
Our Facilities Include:
Industrial robot with a payload of up to 60 kg and repeatability of ±0.015 mm
12 laser sources ranging from continuous wave (CW) to picosecond (PS) lasers
4 handheld laser cleaning systems with power outputs from 200 to 1,000 W
Laser systems for automated and semi-automated processing with power outputs from 40 to 6,000 W
Laser wavelengths ranging from 355 nm to 10,600 nm
14 types of process heads for welding, cutting, marking and cleaning
Inspection microscope for quality control of finished components
Equipment for measuring coating thickness and surface cleanliness
Clean room for servicing laser sources and process heads
What Is Not Included
We do not provide standard 2D sheet metal cutting as part of this service. We focus on specialized laser processes, prototyping, small-batch production, application feasibility testing, and temporary laser capacity.
How does the collaboration work?
Send Us Your Requirements
Send us your drawing, 3D data, sample part, or a description of the desired result.
We Assess the Best Technology
We evaluate the material, part geometry, required precision, and the suitability of the laser process.
We Propose the Solution
We prepare a recommended approach, testing scope, estimated timeline, and a quotation.
We Manufacture or Test the Part
We carry out process validation, produce a prototype, pre-production batch, or small-series manufacturing.
We Deliver the Result
We deliver the finished parts and, if required, provide recommendations for further development, process optimization, or serial production.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
We primarily work with metals, polymers, glass and selected engineering materials. The suitability of a specific material is always assessed based on your application requirements.
