EVOLUTA
EVOLUTA is a deburring press featuring advanced bending technology. Its technical properties provide maximum flexibility to meet every bending requirement. It is equipped with a TALENTO controller with a 21” touch screen that offers 2D programming and 3D view.
The Full Compensation System (FCS) with dual automatic “real-time” compensation ensures perfect bending results. The design of the hydraulic unit provides very fast and efficient ram movement, achieving approach and return speed of up to 220 mm/s and bending speed of up to 20 mm/s.
DINAMICA
DINAMICA is a showcase example of elegant design and attention to detail. It is a synchronized deburring press offering the highest level of performance, accuracy and productivity.
It features a 19” touchscreen CNC Controller with 2D/3D programming capability. Standard functions include, for example, automated tooling sequence, collision warning, etc. Positioning precision of the ram reaches ± 0.00039 mm, achieved with the help of linear encoders. These are placed on an independent C frame and safeguard it against misalignment.
FUTURA
The FUTURA product series offers a wide range of models (from 50 up to 1500 tons), which can be customized to accommodate customer requirements, including special configurations such as tandem, tridem, etc.
The main structure consists of a lightweight welded frame (monoblock). The movement of the upper ram is fast, accurate and repeatable, thanks to the Rexilon friction plate system. The machine also features the Auto-Lube system. Positioning precision of the ram is ± 0.01 mm, achieved with the help of linear encoders. These are placed on an independent C frame and safeguard it against misalignment.
LOGICA
LOGICA is characterized by elegant design with attention to detail for a fast, efficient, accurate and reliable deburring process.
It features a 21” TALENTO touchscreen controller with 2D programming capability. Standard functions include, for example, automatic bending sequence, collision warning, and more. The ram positioning precision is ± 0.00019 mm (twice as accurate as traditional hydraulic alternatives) achieved using linear encoders.
