Electromechanical Technician

Take part in the production of innovative equipment where you will apply your manual skills and technical expertise while working closely with our engineering team. We are currently looking for an Electromechanical Technician to join our team.

At LASCAM systems, we specialize in the development, manufacturing, and delivery of custom automated solutions focused on laser processing of metals and plastics, as well as optical systems.

We work with leading industrial companies not only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia but also internationally. Our expertise lies in the development of laser applications and their implementation into manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities:

  • Participate in the manufacturing and assembly of special-purpose machines and robotic cells
  • Assemble special-purpose machinery according to 3D and 2D technical documentation
  • Install and connect pneumatic systems
  • Route and organize electrical wiring throughout the equipment
  • Set up, adjust, and fine-tune machines and equipment
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites
  • Work closely with the Mechanical Design and Engineering departments

What we’re looking for:

  • Vocational or secondary technical education in Electrical Engineering (Electromechanics, Measurement & Control Systems, or a related field)
  • Qualification in accordance with Czech Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., Section 6 (or equivalent electrical certification)
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
  • Experience in industrial automation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Basic machining knowledge is an advantage
  • Valid Category B driving licence
