Sales Engineer
At LASCAM systems, we specialize in the development, manufacturing, and delivery of custom automated solutions focused on laser processing of metals and plastics, as well as optical systems.
We work with leading industrial companies not only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia but also internationally. Our expertise lies in the development of laser applications and their implementation into manufacturing processes. To integrate these laser systems, we design and build our own advanced machinery that meets the highest technical standards while fulfilling each customer’s individual requirements.

Your responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers within your assigned region
- Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and expand cooperation
- Identify market potential and explore new business opportunities within your assigned region
- Prepare commercial proposals and pricing quotations
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Cooperate with internal teams during the implementation of our solutions at customer sites
What we’re looking for:
- Secondary or university degree in a technical field
- At least two years of proven sales experience
- Knowledge of industrial automation
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- English proficiency at B2 level
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
