Thank you for the fantastic atmosphere at LASCAM Tech Day!

Our guests had the opportunity to see laser technologies for cleaning, welding, cladding, and marking up close, and to get inspired by how easily these technologies can be integrated into industrial automation. The event also included a presentation on grinding and cutting, sparking an interesting discussion about the possibilities of modern manufacturing and maintenance.

We have just wrapped up another edition of the International Engineering Fair in Brno, where we focused primarily on peripherals for injection molding machines, plastics processing, their production, and trimming in our unified cell. We also showcased technologies for 3D selective removal of coated or painted layers, also known as laser decoating. We hope we met your expectations and answered all your questions.

This year, you could find us in the pavilion dedicated to the plastics industry, where we exhibited together with our partners FANUC and PP KOVANDA. We hope you enjoyed the fair as much as we did!

Together with GALATEK, we organized a professional customer event focused on “Laser Cleaning in the Coating Process.” The event took place on April 24, 2024, at GALATEK’s premises in Ledeč nad Sázavou.

Participants had the opportunity to attend expert lectures on laser technologies and watch practical demonstrations of laser cleaning for surface pre-treatment before coating. The entire event was held in the professional environment of GALATEK, a company specializing in coating technologies.

From October 10–13, 2023, the International Engineering Fair took place in Brno, and we were proud to be part of it.

After a short break, we decided to participate again, this time focusing on peripherals for injection molding machines, plastics processing, and production. In this area, we showcased a number of significant projects and implementations, especially in collaboration with injection molding machine manufacturers and end users.

Our booth was located in Pavilion G1, where we exhibited alongside our partners FANUC, GIMATIC, and PP KOVANDA. We presented comprehensive solutions with unique products that have the potential to elevate the plastics industry to a higher level.

On April 19, 2023, the first customer event was held in the new premises of LASCAM Systems in Prague – Horní Počernice.

The event focused on advanced laser methods for tool shops and manufacturing facilities. Participants attended expert lectures on laser technologies and watched practical demonstrations of laser applications in mold repairs.

Refreshments and drinks were provided throughout the event. The evening program continued at a nearby restaurant, offering space for further professional discussions and an informal conclusion to the day. Attendance was free of charge.

We are pleased to announce that as of April 1, 2023, our company is moving to new modern facilities in the Nord Park complex in Horní Počernice.

The new headquarters include sales offices, application and service departments, a spare parts warehouse, and production areas where automated cells are assembled and tested before installation. There is also a technology showroom featuring laser systems, which are key for automation and robotics in industrial production.

“This move is a major milestone for our company. We are growing, and so are the expectations of our customers and employees. The new premises allow us to maintain the highest quality of service and provide facilities with a showroom and training center,” says Karol Flimel, Sales Director.

LASCAM Systems has announced an official partnership with Precitec. We are now the sole official distributor of the complete range of Precitec laser processing heads and diagnostics in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. We provide both warranty and post-warranty service, as well as all consumables and spare parts. Available products include a full range of laser cutting and welding heads.

Precitec laser cutting and welding systems are known for their high precision and reliable performance in continuous operation. The process remains consistently stable and accurate, ensuring optimized quality and minimizing potential defects in production.

Increasingly complex equipment and processes require highly specialized personnel and ongoing collaboration between suppliers and customers for maintenance and optimization in the field. That’s why we strive to find ways to make our service even more efficient.

AYES smart glasses allow our service technicians to collaborate in real time, regardless of their location. This not only reduces service costs for our customers but also enables faster problem diagnosis and up to 40% shorter resolution times.

LASCAM Systems participated in Technology Days in Pardubice, where it presented its laser solutions designed for the plastics industry.

During the event, innovations in automation, robotics, cutting-edge laser technologies, control systems, safety components, industrial cameras, conveyor systems, and more were showcased through demonstrations of real-world applications.

On Wednesday, June 5, the Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Army, General Aleš Opata, along with the Army leadership, met with selected employers of Active Reserve members in the conference hall of the Army House in Prague. LASCAM was honored for its support and responsible approach to preparing for the defense of our country.
