At LASCAM systems, we specialize in the development, manufacturing, and delivery of custom automated solutions focused on laser processing of metals and plastics, as well as optical systems.
We work with leading industrial companies not only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia but also internationally. Our expertise lies in the development of laser applications and their implementation into manufacturing processes. To integrate these laser systems, we design and build our own advanced machinery that meets the highest technical standards while fulfilling each customer’s individual requirements.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate projects from initial planning through completion and final handover to the customer
- Communicate with customers and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Define technical solutions in cooperation with customers, the application engineering team, and external suppliers
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and capacities between customers, suppliers, and the application engineering team
- Monitor subcontractor delivery schedules
- Supervise the technical solutions provided by system integrators
- Oversee manufacturing and system integration progress
- Complete project documentation and hand over finished projects to the Service Department
- Provide technical consultation and support during the preparation of quotations
What we’re looking for:
- Secondary or university degree in a technical field
- At least two years of experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of industrial automation
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Experience with 3D CAD software is an advantage
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and across Europe
